The UFC is a legit organization. It's real straight up hand to hand combat and it does require more skill than Boxing. I watch it when I can when it comes on SpikeTV..

im watching the show and he said, ufc will take over cause delahoya only has a few fights left and tyson, trinidad, holyfield eras are gone, and now the ufc can prosper because of this oppertunity

which in my opinon the bald guy only watching when fights are on ppv, he don't know about other fighter so he knows nothing of what he is talking about

and funny thing, im not defending the bald guy but the show quite frankly, edited the bald guy when he was saying that football has so many deaths and then it seemed like they edited whatever else he said

boxing is in no danger and delahoyas ppv sales indicate that boxing is still very popular

Your insane, the padding in boxing gloves cause more long term damage to the human brain but when you get hit clean in the UFC or PRIDE you go down. And ground and pound is the purest form of beatin the **** outa someone in all of hand to hand combat sports. Boxing is just throwin arm's but if you don't got speed or power your useless in the sport. UFC and PRIDE bring out the deepest fighter in all men cause you can bring your entire set of instincs to the fight.

i enjoy both pride fc ufc and boxing, but nothing compares to a great boxing match like corrales castillo or morales barrera, nothing gets me hyped like a big boxing match either

MMA is more popular than boxing now, probley doesn't pay their fighters as much but more people are casual fans of MMA.

Like everyone where I work watches UFC occasionally but when it comes to boxing they havent heard the name of Mayweather.

I like both, I prefer Boxing at this time but I think MMA is more natural in a way. MMA seems more human though, man vs man no rules(few rules).

I agree Boxing is more dangerous because the fights are not normally stoped on cuts because of the larger gloves. You are able to withstand more punches to the head without really going to the ground. Boxing is more dangerous because the fights last longer.

Seriously get punched bareknuckle, your going to feel like a mother****er and look like one. Get punched with gloves, the force is spread through a larger area so it wont hurt as much but your brain is still slamming against your skull just as hard.

definitely. That guy is misinformed and definitely have no idea what he's talking about. How many people buy boxing PPVs compared to UFC?

UFC is just a freakshow with guys who were bullies when they were kids putting it to use to make money.


Will UFC see the light of being in the Olypics? I don't think so. Boxing >>>>>>>UFC. They're making UFC look like WWE because it's desperate to get fans.

and you know what, BOXING brings out the ***** in you! not directed to you, but climb into a ring with an experianced fighter and you'd be wishing that you can hug him to the ground

i don't think you've ever boxed to know the danger, the will, the mentality needed to succed in boxing, the punishement you have to be willig to take, the sacrafices you have to make in training just to be able to compete , just to be able to come out alive and not let your fear get the best of you

ufc is wrestling, too much wrestling for my taste, if i was 8 years old again i'd probably be interested in the ufc as i was in the wwf when i was 8 years old,
