I know styles makes fights, but that just shows you at what level Quigg is operating at.

Blimey, quite surprised to see some folk saying Walters is not that good anyway, or his previous opposition was better on paper etc

I know it all comes down to opinion, but Walters is a solid fighter by this generations standards. I think he simply underestimated Loma's strength and gradually lost anything resembling a game plan, which allowed Loma to display his incredible natural ability as the rounds unfolded.

Not an ideal finish for Walters, but he was taking damage without any real chance of a win. that said, one more round giving it everything he had left wouldn't have hurt.
