The judge scoring system has long been the biggest problem in Boxing, but if theyre not trying to change it that means it's working for whoever foots the bills. The only thing we can do is NOT support certain en******. Like the casinos here, Top Rank fights (I never pay to see a Pac fight) etc. That wont happen though. These horrific decisions mean just one thing to the powers that be....people talking about it....which equals publicity and advertisements for the second fight. They love to sell the same fight twice. Hell Top Rank sells you "people" the same fight 3,4 times. Stop consuming. All of you grow a brain before you get your ass kicked by Lou Cipher. Clean effective punching is almost universally considered to be the most important scoring criteria. Actually i would argue the other 3 are largely redudant. Defence is basically the inverse of clean punching and you cant really be effectively aggressive or dominate ring generalship without clean punching

Aggression and effective aggression isn't the same thing moron. Knowing the right time to attack is effective aggression, Mayweather wasn't an aggressive fighter, but when he attacked it was effective = effective aggression.

It could be the "first criteria" but that doesn't make it the most important criteria like you're saying. No criteria is more important than the other they all come together.

You don't get credit for "making the fight" like you're saying either you get credit for "effective aggression" along with clean punching, defense and ring generalship.
