Everyone rates Lomachenko as a skilled fighter. That doesn't mean he's one of the best fighters on the planet, you've got to prove that IMO. Obviously not everyone agrees which is why we have Golovkin on so many lists.

When did i say anything negative about the guy?? damn let him prove himself and grow as a fighter..ya'll try to put fighters on a damn pedestal to damn fast before they even prove themselves against the best..I made that mistake with Broner and i own that..

It is like they have an issue with proving yourself against other top fighters...why is that to much to ask?? yet they refuse to credit others for challenging themselves

          He'll be in the top 10, not P4P no.1.

Chocolatito currently holds that spot but if Lomachenko beats Walters and then moves up to 135 and beats a recognized champ up there he might have a case for himself as being #1.

I think he'll be fighting at 140 by 2018 if he's successful at 135 next year.

Loma isn't even at 135 yet and we don't know the outcome of the Walters fight either. My point was if and when he moves up to 135 and beats a recognized champ (should there be one) he could make a case for himself being #1.

                  Time will tell.

I think he's going to be at 140 sooner than later though
