The re-match should be better than the first. Andre Gift Ward can be certain he won't have 3 american judges to fall back on. Sergey knows he will have to plan for the mugging tactics that sapped his energy (fool yourself in to thinking it was from all the body shots! LOL).

Will laugh if Andre has to go to Russia and face 3 russian judges cause Sergey had to.

No one had this fight by a wide margin, I've seen a lot of 114-113 scores for one or the other. There were swing rds, Ward won them, and 3 judges who couldn't talk to each other and were on 3 different sides of the ring saw it for Ward, and those 3 are the ones who count, so I'll say it again. If Kovalev won, he would've taken his belts home.

Kovalev won the 10th round, and I'd say it's almost impossible to give that round to Ward. Yet all 3 had it for Ward. THE WHOLE WORLD, had it for Kovalev that round, anybody without bias.

Vegas is corrupt. Just ask Jesse Vargas. Those judges all knew that if Kovalev won one more round he'd win- and they knew they wouldn't give him

Basically this is what happened: They saw Kovalev wins the fight with one or two more rounds- so in their mind they were like "man we'll give Ward the points so long as he doesn't get knocked down or out. And that's what happened. Ward didn't get knocked out. He got credit for "surviving."

Sounds crazy right? That's boxing.

according to some fans, Kovalev deserves credit for "going forward"..... so, I guess getting credit for surviving is fair
