Not a pretty fight but really exciting, both guys could have won ( i saw it the same 114-113 ward ) i think kovalev lost all the rounds fom the 6th on.

Cant wait for the rematch, im sure its gonna be almost a replay

I now consider Kovalev elite!! He pushed Ward to his absolute limit and could've really pushed the issue in the latter half of the fight!!

SOG gave it his all and had to use nearly every trick in the book and techniques as well to pull out a very close win!!

Kov is much better than I thought and he proved it and I honestly will pick him this time whenever the rematch happens! I think he comes out the gate this time looking to shut off Ward's lights!

Stfu Kov could've easily gotten the victory with a simple judge change or if the judges personal criterias was different and it showed in their scoring!

Kov beating and dominating a legend in Hopkins like no one before him and taking out champs on their soil, first to stop Pascal, made Stevenson jump to another network, made Beterbiev wave the white flag and say he ain't ready and now giving an elite boxer in SOG all he could handle is elite quality!

Guess your standards are all the way up since there's no one who's pushed Ward like Kov did!

Rematch is coming and this time I'm picking Kov if applies even more pressure from the get go and gets extra dirty! He showed too much respect for Ward and needs to sharpen up his defense downstairs as the bodyshots took it's toll late!
