I scored 116x111 live and the same score after watching without sound. Kovalev won and was not that close.

I don't know who won or lost and actually I couldn't remotely care. The fight was so close that there were no losers in it. In my opinion they both walked in champions and they both walked out that way.
However, I will say that Andre Ward's experience played a major role in this bout. After he was clearly rocked and nearly knocked out,he displayed great poised and championship heart to climb out of an insurmaountable hole.
If anyone's the blame for this loss it's Kovalev. Given his infinite punching power, you don't allow a dangerous champion, like Andre Ward to hang around by letting him off the hook by throwing him a life line.
Sergey's a natural slugger but he tried to prove that he can out class and out box Andre Ward for over twelve rounds which was a mistake.
Since he's the natural wider and stronger puncher, if he would have played to his strength, the fight could have been perhaps over much sooner than later.
He has no one to blame but his inexperience and himself for this loss. For it was Ward's determination and will which won him this fight.

I had Kovalev winning 5 of first 6 rds, then Ward winning 5 of last 6. Kovalev's edge comes from that second round knockdown. Period

Ward won an exceptionally tight close fight round by round, was one of the best I've seen in a long while, with surprisingly Kovalev doing the most clinching.
Fan boys on the site, smh.

This site needs more posters like yourself posting more regular, not the type of guys like TheNotoriousOne making twitter accounts claiming Ward ****d a minor and gazumping the site in fan boy trash.
