    With this win how do we rate Ward now??

    It was an ugly close fight but at the end Ward walked away with the belts.....where is he rated now as a boxer after this win???

        P4P #1. Sergey stays P4P #2.
        It was one of those fights that elevates both fighters. Sergey showed he's the real deal and Ward showed he still has plenty of fight in him.

                Agreed, the stock raised in both fighters. Ward is #1 and Kovalev proved he can drop, hurt, and hang with the #1 fighter all the way.

                  I still got him and Kovolev atop the p4p lists...

                  Ward proved to be the better boxer when it was a boxing match and kovolev proved to be the better puncher when it was a fight..

                  Both guys showed why they were elite tonight. Not many guys going to be able to withstand kov's onslaught and not many guys going to get Ward in serious trouble.. You saw both tonight...
                  No matter how you saw the fight, neither guy did much to hurt their stock.
