Ward did tell in parts but with the KD, it means he had to win 8 rounds.

I can't see any way he won 8 rounds. I could see a 6-6 but even with the KD it's a Kovalev win.

It's easier to score that fight for Kovalev than it it is for ward imo. It was a draw at best for ward, I thought kovalev won by a couple of points.

This reminded me of De La Hoya v Trinidad. Kovalev did fade. But he definitely won this fight. Great fight spoiled by a bad decision. A draw would've been more understandable.
