Ward rolled off most of the punches by Kovalev, he was barely clipping him although he did land some really good shots. Ward murdered his body, I knew that would be the determining factor.

Kovalev has a black left eye and some markings on his other eye, his nose was also bleeding. His face is just as damaged. Ward's face should look even worse if Kovalev was really landing as much as they credited him, the lack of knockdowns are also telling.
