I was shocked the Kovalev has rematch clause esp since it seems like Ward is the A-Side he's getting paid more

think ward getting paid more due to his RNS minimum + the live gate and ppv split. i think a clause is fair either way.

What's weird of Kovalev having a rematch clause is he's an underdog, has there ever been an underdog with a rematch clause??

wow i think floyds rematch clause vs oscar at 147 comes to mind, even though floyd opened at 2-1, he was a the b side and on fight night oscar was favored 3-2

exactly it's weird that the underdog/b-side get's a rematch clause, and it's even weirder that Ward accepted

Kathy Duva hasn't pissed anything away since it is Kovalev and Ward in career high paydays for the top PFP fighter in the world while Stevenson is fighting typical contenders.

Let's see if the first one lives up to expectations first... This is a great fight on paper. But it could be a stinker.
