Nobody says he's the Floyd Mayweather of MMA. I've heard more ppl compare him to Pacquiao than Mayweather. Only thing he does similar to Floyd is talk ****. As for the actual fighting goes, it's an insult to compare Floyd to Conor. Conor is a lot more exciting to watch. You can say Floyd never lost, u can say Floyd's made more money and won more belts in different weight classes but u can't say his shows are better than McGregors. You're just lying if u do. Watching Conor is like watching a prime Pacquiao knocking guys out or dropping them with left hand bombs. Mayweather is defensive fighter.

This McGregor/Mayweather talk seems pointless, but there's an obvious reason they do it....exposure.

We've seen this strategy before, with other MMA'ers calling out this boxer or that boxer (Chuck Liddell for instance used to say he could be a prime Mike Tyson).

Boxers use the same strategy talking about other boxers.
