All of that is irrelevant. If Spence wants the fight, he should be petitioning for the match to be made. The 90 days are irrelevant, the fight can easily be scheduled for any time in 2017.

What do you mean it's irrelevant? Spence can't do anything until that 90 days are up. Spence has been very vocal about the fight. He told Brook to fight him instead of GGG. After the GGG fight he told Brook to either fight him or give the belt. He's said Brook is wasting time. Eddie Hearn lied about Spence turning down the Brook fight. And Spence said why would he turn down the fight when he's fighting eliminators so that HE CAN FIGHT BROOK?!?!?

So you tell me. What options does Spence have at this point? Do you know some super secret IBF rule he can use to speed up the process?
