    Thankyou muchly, my friend.

Per google translate (the vesti and vringe articles use the same quote):

"As a coach, Abel was very monotonous and as a boxer did not give me anything. Or maybe I just seemed so, since I mostly worked with Gennady. The combat practice with Gena helped me more than anything else. I believe that he (Sanchez - vRINGe) generally poorly understood making [training?]. For example, he gave all the same load. No matter, you always did the same thing when you had the fight in two weeks or two months. It did not matter, when you got up in his training camp, which is located at an altitude of 2100 meters. "

Then Sergey told about the training regime at Camp Sanchez, who was "one for all" [one size fits all?].

"Monday, Wednesday and Friday - the days of fighting (sparring or bag). Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday - sportsmanship. All training and general physical combat, respectively were from the same week a week. In my view, it is fundamentally wrong. You can not pull one size fits all, as did Sanchez "- said chelyabinets [the Chelyabinsk native].

According to Kovalev, when he returned from Russia after the tragedy in the battle with Roman Simakov, the [he] "finally came to the conclusion that Abel - amateur boxing," teaching without education and even sports boxing experience.

    (my additions in square brackets)

    Abel done got ethered.

In that sentence, he meant that Abel was giving the same types and amount of exercies to all fighters in his camp with no individual approach to every fighter, which is completely wrong. And it doesn't matter how much time you have before your fight, one week or one month, you have to do the same stuff and exercises if you're in Abel's camp

At some point, he wasn't speaking highly of John David Jackson either, saying that he hasn't learned anything new under his wing, but that's another topic of discussion

Actually, Abel is the most dislikeable person in boxing for me. I was neutral to him at first, but I've got tired of hearing him talk so god damn much. If it wasn't for Golovkin he wouldn't even be mentioned on sites like this.

I'm not a Golovkin fan, but most of the hate that he gets caused by that guy. And he's trying to milk Golovkin's success to make himself look like he's solid trainer or like he was the reason behind that success

Well, one thing is for sure, before training with Sanchez GGG had a different style as he has today. Sanchez transformed him into the entertaining vicious KO-machine we know. In his early fights and as an amateur he had a different style. I just think they fit together well and Kovalev did not. Thats it.
But Abel will propably never find another fighter he has such sucess with again. Abel and GGG are like Rooney and Tyson or like Ying and Yang.
Rooney also had no success with other fighters.

he is absolutely correct, every fighter is different

the best trainers are mentors, and fighting is 90% mental

did Sanchez ever sit Kovalev down and talk about his game ?

like D'Amato did with Tyson, and Hunter with Ward ?

which is one of the reasons why I think that a lot of foreign fighters struggle to get their best game going..... the other is the sub-standard trainers in the game today

One size does not fit all.

the best relationship is when a coach understands his charge to the point where he can see what the fighter see's, right in that same mindset..... that involves a lot of talking planning and mentoring..... but some of these guys don't even speak the same language

another factor is that a lot of trainers are just glorified mitt-men...... run the drills, one-size-fits-all.....

              one example, Reynoso/Canelo
