^Indeed. The guy is a weasel who continually gets caught in contradictions. As if he, at the time, was too big to be bothered.

He's brought such shame to Golovkin by calling out Ward then tucking tail (we STILL have pros calling for him to fight Ward) and insulting various fighters. Now, he's saying he "made" Kovalev, yet he couldn't get through to him and Kovalev is untrainable. Soooo... which one is it? You either dramatically influenced him or he wouldn't listen. You can't have it both ways.

Abel is becoming the new Roach. Just shut up and work with your fighters. We don't need you to open up your mouth on every single little thing.

Yea, and in one respect, I understand that people are sticking a mic in front of him so he's going to be talking. But, dude doesn't need to start a fking fire every time he opens his mouth.

He needs to be smart enough because a reporter is trying to get a story out of him. Do not give them anything to report by not commenting on every single little thing. He needs to shut up and just focus on working with his fighters instead of talking about other fighters.

Couldn't agree more. Wonder what he'll say when/if Canelo or Jacobs drops his star pupil a time or two, outboxes him, embarrasses him? Not saying it happens, not saying it doesn't happen... but it could easily happen. Then what? Abel is definitely setting himself up for a fall, just like he's doing to his star pupil.

In one of his Russian interviews, Kovalev said Abel don't know nothing about boxing and training. He said the stuff that he was making his fighters to do, was just dumb and ******ed. I trust Sergey more
