Floyd landed 3 right hands. One right in each minute of round 1.

Don't think manny was expecting Floyd to shoot first. manny was trying to bust back and failing.
Not that i disagree with you...but wow, 3 whole right hands. Pretty pathetic that we can call that a fast start. I'm up for a chess match and all, but that fight was a piece of ****. Both guys were tentative, and floyd fought scared at times. I'm a fan of floyd, but it is what it is.

Honestly the truth is, if Pacquiao was the same size of Floyd in terms of height and reach., he'd beat him.

That's why Kellerman is right. Pac should be ranked higher p4p compared to Floyd.
If Pacqiao had Mayweather's height and reach, he would have never evolved into the fighter he is today and that is why Kellerman's argument is flawed.

So 'get away from me punches' made Pacquiao tentative? This is why this topic will never die because people, as much as they like to pretend they're not, are very bitter still.

Those taps added to pac's tentativeness but it was mainly Floyd's ability to slow down a fight be it by moving, using his defense and clinching.

His counters are icing on the cake because he is already hard to chase down then he hits you with those mickey mouse shots that although it doesn't really have much on it, it is accurate.

Floyd didn't commit to a single punch really and didn't land a single punch that visibly stunned pac. But props to Floyd for controlling Pac.

This is exactly why manny's psychology during the fight fascinates me.

Despite fighting chill Floyd comfortably controlled manny.

You could even say manny wasn't going hard.

Floyd should have showed manny some disrespect.

He was overly respectful during the fight.

Taps doesn't stop one from being tentative, especially in the biggest fight of their career. How those taps work out for Algieri? Pacquiao was all over him to the point of jumping in recklessly.

                Just give it up man.
