Thats pretty bold. And I might agree if Rahman had as much power as Byrd or Toney, but HES gotta punch. So no way Wladimir unloads on him enough to KO him in 3 or 4, unless he lands a haymaker bomb which he hardly ever throws. He's way too cautious.

Well Toney is already lined up to fight the winner of Rahman-Maskaev so he is obviously bull****ting.

there's so many belts out there - Rahman could give up his belt to fight for another if the price was right. I don't think anyone's in a real hurry to pay to broadcast the rematch since the first fight was fairly dull...

Could happen the other way around. Rahman has a very long reach, good jab and excellent power in his right hand.

I think this would be the best fight in the heavyweight division right now. Two big men, both with title belts, ranked 1 and 2 in the world, it doesn't get much better on paper. If Rahman is to win, he needs to jab with Wladimir. Wladimir's jab may simply outclass him, but Wladimir's vulnerabilities will mean he's gonna be holding his breath all night. Rahman's slow foot speed and lackadaisical temperment will make this a fight ready for Wladimir to win. I would go with Wladimir as a prohibitive favorite, but I wouldn't count Rahman out.
