LOL, it cracks me up when posters think that Lennox Lewis means anything to the heavyweight division. LOL, the other guy Vitali wanted to fight was Mike Tyson. LOL, Vitali kept delaying the fight because of convenient injuries. LOL LOL!!!!

Rahman won't make it past 3 or 4 rounds. See Lewis v.s. Rahman 2.
On paper, you're right - it's a laugher. But Wlad's chin makes anything possible. I think Rahman has a better chance of landing than Peter did, and if he does, look out.

rahman's power is so overrated its laughable. when was the last time he even dropped an opponent? peter hits much harder and also whacks behind the head and takes a much better punch than rahman

Yeah, but that's really unlikely man.

This fight is extremely one sided "on paper". You have a bigger, more skilled, harder hitting boxer puncher who redeemed his career by beating two undefeated prospects, and then knocked out Chris Byrd to become champion.

Rahman looked "impressive" stopping meehan, but then put on a lackluster performance with Monte Barrett...and a draw with a blown up SuperMiddleweight...might I add: Neither fighter looking impressive.

How in the hell, is Rahman going to adapt...when he's shown the same style his entire career? All he does is plod foward and throw jabs. Sometimes a right hand shows up....but it's rounds in between.

Wlad knows that....and he'll easily punish him with the left hand extended....and he wont see the right hand.

I wasnt impressed with rahmans's performance over meehan. meehan was nothing more than a journeyman that was knocked out in 1 round by danny williams. rahman hit him with everything he had and still couldnt drop meehan. in fact when was the last time he even dropped an opponent? he got this rep of being a big puncher in his one fight with lennox lewis in which lewis fighting with his hands down and his mouth open was a knockout waiting to happen. rahman is a descent boxer and physically strong but is only a modest puncher. his fight with monte barret is a good example. he couldnt drop monte who was smeared to the canvas 6 times by wlad and even dropped my joe mesi. not to mention he couldnt hurt ruiz or a shot holy

Thats pretty bold. And I might agree if Rahman had as much power as Byrd or Toney, but HES gotta punch. So no way Wladimir unloads on him enough to KO him in 3 or 4, unless he lands a haymaker bomb which he hardly ever throws. He's way too cautious.
