yeah, but Rahman could not KO Toney, so I doubt Sergei will...

i expect a close fight, and hope Sergei wins

Jesus is this it? Rahman is out last hope to get the belts back? Rahman will beat Maskeav due to his old age but would be a Klitschko vs Byrd II type of match. Ive stated this twice here already that Rahman is even more overhyped than Chris Byrd. His record is ridiculous and is only known for his sick KO of Lewis was it? Lamon Brewster is Americas best Heavyweight by far at this time, we will have better, perhaps Brock. The guy lost to John Ruiz for Gods sake, when he was in his prime...

Why dont you guys back Brewster more? Lost a fight to Lyakovich and noone speaks of Americas best Heavyweight.

If Rahman fights Wlad I hope he gets KTFO!

bad styles matchup for rahman if he fights wlad. rahman has no defense and is very vulnerable to straight right hands. toney cant pop a zit at heavy but managed to hit rahman with ease. wlad stops rahman within 2 rounds in a fight very similar to his match with derrick jefferson

Rahman landed what, one right hand in 12 rounds? Toney did more damage to himself in that ring (huffing and puffing) than Rahman ever did. I don't think Sergei will have much of a problem landing on Toney.

To be honest with you, I did not want Wladimir Klitschko to become the IBF heavyweight champion because I just don't like him.
But now I realize it in a way was a good thing to happen because there are a lot of interesting match-ups possible now: Klitschko against Rahman, Toney, maybe Ruiz. But the fight I want to see the most is Lamon Brewster II.

I am aware of all the criticism Hasim Rahman gets, but keep it real: the guy is a true fighter, he ALWAYS fights the best - Sanders, Lewis twice, Tua twice, Holyfield, Ruiz, ... Klitschko rather retired than fighting him.
I like Rahman and wish him good luck.

Rahman needs to concentrate on beating Maskeav first before he starts to make plans for Wlad. After his last sleeper anything could happen.

Rahman can definitely KO Wlad if he's focused.
