Jacobs was paid 1.5 millions just because of Quillin

Quillin was offered 1.4 millions to fight.. Kovorov? and he declined and vacated the WBO belt, because Haymon promised him the same money in the future.

Then he got to fight Jacobs and Quillin was getting paid 1.5 because that's what Haymon had offered to him if he vacated that belt, and Jacobs got the same because both were Haymon fighters. But in reality it would be a fight with 700k for both max.

Now he uses that ****ty argument to say he needs to be paid more. BS. You don't deserve more you interim champion that can't sell.

Who cares, that fight was entertaining and Jacobs won, if they fought now it should be Jacobs 2M and Quillin 1M

Maxi has been in far too many Quillen threads and that purse bid to know that Roc Nation was involved. The same Roc Nation that offered 6 mil and 40 mil to guys like Thurman and Broner. What do all these guys have in common?

Thats the reason why Haymon promised Quillin a fight for that money if he vacated, yes. A fight that never deserved those purses.

Why should they get paid so low for a good fight? didn't Golovkin get paid 2 Million for Wade? Or Ward get paid 800K for Brand, at least Quillin and Jacobs are both top 10

Quillin vacated because he ended up needing the time off and Haymon wasn't about to let one of his fighters help launcha competitor to what he was doing.

                  nice try though.

With the bid less than a week away, we'll see where the money lays: K2 has what they can expect from a MSG/HBO package and DiBella likely has inklings of what he can expect from a Barclays Center/Showtime package.
