thing is i moan about mayweather and rigo being boring but what they do is dodge punches and counter back. What ward does with his clinching is cheating, no ifs or buts, its cheating and he shouldnt be allowed to do it. A foreign fighter would not be allowed to get away with it in america, simple as that...
