not a bad assessment by Roach

the thing is, why should Pac take that fight ?

the only reason why Pac would fight Crawford would be to prove that Manny is the best 140 pounder on the planet.

I have never heard it announced that Pac is campaigning at 140, all I have heard is that Pac has one foot in the senate.

Manny should be taking money fights at this point.

Not sucking Pac off either, because that would be the toughest fight Pac has taken in YEARS..... they have shown little/no interest in those kind of fights, so I highly doubt they will start taking them now.

why the fk won't Pac fight Cotto at 150, that is amazing to me?

      such an apparent no-brainer

Cotto has faded more than Manny imo

at 150 I would slightly favor Pac, at 154 I would slightly favor Cotto

and that way it would force Canelo to look elsewhere, maybe he would take the Saunders fight now instead of keeping that on the shelf

      GOOD fight

that is a nasty fight for Pac

it's not just Crawford's style, it is the fact that Crawford is right on top of his game

forget Mayweather..... the only guys Pac fought who were on top of their game FOR FKN YEARS has been Algieri, and likely Bradley I

Pac did not fight all those #3 welters, Mayweather did..... and Pac also missed Cotto/Mosley when they were on top

that would be a real tough fight

          not saying Manny couldn't win

I hope team Pac never give Crawford a chance. It'll be funny.

I understand Crawford has ability and is highly regarded by everyone in the game.

But his best opponent's to date have been Postol and Gamboa. lol.

moving to 140 to 147 is a different ball game in itself as well.

Look at all the guys that have dominated 135 and 140 and tried to make it at 147. More often than not, they don't have the same success at 147.

Manny would beat Crawford. And Crawford shouldn't talk shyt about the fight being ONLY at 140. If Pac is willing to moving down, fine. If Pac says he wants 147, then Crawford needs to move up.

I like Crawford, but if Pac takes that fight I support him 100%

                I will become part pac-tard

it would be the first time I have supported Manny since Hatton

since they ducked the blood tests and got caught lying to the media

highly unlikely this fight will happen, but I would have mad respect for Pac and I would give myself an uppercut, because I have sworn that Manny has not been about that life for a looooong time now..... and he doesn't really need to take those kind of fights at this point surely

it certainly shouldn't be called a duck if Pac doesn't take the fight, but I'm sure the Floyd fanboys will say different

I think Pac has 2 fights left after Vargas (assuming he wins). Pac vs Crawford. And then Pac vs Thurman/Garcia winner.

If Pac finishes his career beating Vargas, Crawford, and Thurman/Garcia.. at 38 years old, ..that would be amazing.

Fans do this all the time , they down grade the previous opponents and they miss the most important part at looking at the win , its in the mechanics of the performance as in timing , reflex , accuracy , spacial awareness .

Crawford is a very good rising superstar he dont have to beat king kong to be able to see that path , TC is not good for Manny at this stage of the game .

Terrance Crawford is too dangerous and there is no big money in a fight with him. I don't see the fight happening. I think Manny will fight Canelo before he fights Crawford.
