How did Jacobs get lowballed? Please refresh my memory.

Just to give you some ballpark figures.

25% of $5 million would be $1.25 million. Jacobs got more than that for fighting Peter Quillin.

25% of $8 million would be $2 million.

25% of $10 million would be $2.5 million.

Realistically I don't see anyone bidding 8 million or more for GGG-Jacobs so that means Jacobs is looking at a purse of less than $2 million. He can get that, or very close to it, against other people.

25% is the standard split if it goes to purse bids. This is much more than 25% he passed on:

‘Wait a second. I could fight two Peter Quillins and make the same thing.’

Thanks. I really cannot judge how much the fight s worth, but 5-6M sounds about right.

It might be true that Jacobs can get 1.5M against someone else, I just dont know who? What I do know, is that no other potential win would elevate him to the stardom that a win over Golovkin would.

If you clowns want to keep paying to watch him fight midgets then more fool you
Please, you can't even compare BBB side's resume with Canelo's despite BBB side being almost a decade older. Don't embarrass yourself.

We do know that Jacobs can get 1.5M if his promoter/advisor pays him that, which happened in the Quillin fight. Outside of Canelo, there's isn't anyone from 154-168 to fight for that much $. Unless of course, if his promoter/advisor pays him that.

Tell that 175 pound jr middleweight diva that she doesn't dictate to the superior talent. GGG would pimp smack her around the ring until she was willing to pay him to stop the punishment. She can kick rocks and keep her chump ass on her own corner where she belongs.
