Not a good time to be a Haymon fighter if money is all your sole reason of leaving Arum. Rios and Mikey were already getting an average of $900K per fight. Mikey's first fight with Haymon earned him a mere $200K or something. At least, Rios left not because he was ducking somebody. Mikey left because he was asked to fight Gamboa.

Rios should just retire. But fights against other bums like lopez and guerrero could be fun.

Rios was always a warrior. I just hope that he can come in shape so that he can find out if he really has anything left.

The only fight I would want to see him in is against Victor Ortiz because they have real life beef.

If that can't happen, he should retire. Rios has had a very successful career, financially.

Agree with this guy but I would love to see him fight another bum like himself, Guerreo. Two clown boxers going at it with 0 defense

Rios vs ortiz is the only fight i would care about for Brandon. Was fun to watch a few years back but im afraid he's a bit shop worn.

                  Rios vs

                  Berto
                  Guerrero
                  Karass
                  Kamegai
                  Collazo
                  Lopez
                  Bundu
                  Broner
                  J Molina
                  Provodnikov

So he still does have lots of options as undercard fighter.

He better manage these paydays better than he did the Pacquaio money. This is the retirement stretch unless he can miraculously pull of an upset and catapult himself back to headline status. Hell get fed to the loser of Garcia vs Thurman though, I could see Haymon trying to go for the P.R. vs Mexico angle even if Garcia wins.
