  • Does Boxing WANT To Put on Fights Anymore?

Fury-Wlad rematch canned. Wlad-Joshua put out for Wlad's injuries. We get Joshua-Molina. I think I need medication to raise my blood pressure for that one. GGG-Jacobs pushed back because Jacobs needs more time? What is this? A fight or an engagement? Saunders' defense postponed. The first defense he's made ALL damn year. And against a low tier opponent. Wilder out with injuries because he doesn't know how to throw proper punches. What happened to Thurman and Porter? They have a good fight and then pack it in for the year? A fight that was also postponed? I mean it was a good fight and all, but still, they couldn't have one more fight this year? Either one of them? Garcia's facing more stiff competition and I do mean a stiff. We can't even get Arthur Abraham and Martin Murray? Is Jack and DeGale happening this year or next? Or next?

    This is pretty disheartening.

I'm hoping aj fights Browne for wba and ibf. Thurman Garcia has been announced, as has jack degale but I do agree with the sentiment that we get so so much boxing business/politics/bull and not enough of fights getting made low key, then start the trash after the announcement, rather than all the bad mouthing actually preventing negotiations to even get the fight signed first...

Whats wrong with real fans watching contenders climb the ladder up to world titles? isnt that what we are suppose to do as informed fans ? If I only stood around waiting for Mega fights I would of stopped watching boxing a long time ago.

Why aren't posters mentioning Ward-Kovalev? That's the definition of a "super fight."
