I scored this fight as fare as i possibly could. Oscar did very good early. I scored round 5 even because i couldnt decide who to give it too, obviously lol, but if i had to choose i would say Tito but i think it was even. Tito came on strong in the end. As far as people saying Oscar just decided to stay away the last few rounds, i disagree. Oscar did the same thing the last few rounds he did the whole fight, he was just being hit more and not throwing as much due to being tired from hopping around all night. Very Very close fight, could have gon either way. But Tito was pressing the action, and still won 115-114,but in a close fight like that the fact that Tito was so aggressive and Oscar was moving away so much means a lot. George Foreman said he thought Tito won cause the way Oscar closed the show, Lederman had it even, and Merchant had it 6-5 1 even for Oscar. I had it 115-114, man that was a close fight. Also, i think the right man won.
YOUR WERE FAIR PLAYA...AS WELL AS THE JUDGES!!!! BOTTM LINE..........TITO WON....DLH LOST...

      oooo another caps warrior

dude you cant get hit all night long and expect to win the fight
just look at titos face when the scores are read ...he knew who his daddy was right then and there thats why hes been with king every since
he'll always stay with king because the night oscar got robbed was the night tito sold his bare ass to don king and from then on don king has been sticking it in him

don king owns trinidad for that favore

I'm not an oscar or tito fan but I think that Oscar won this fight clearly, I don't see how Tito won no matter how I look at it. Oscar chose to run but had a lead and after the final bell Tito didn't look like he thought he won. Tito fans always say that Oscar ran the last rounds but the last couple rounds don't make the whole fight. I didn't even see a draw but definitely not a win for Tito!Just my opinion tho

sorry playa...you must not have watched the same fight...he looked worried because HE knew it was a close and it could have went either way...Don King is a paper chaser and thats what Tito got....HIS PAPER...If they were to fight again it would be a TKO via Tito in the early rounds....

Different Judges score fights differently. Some emphasize on different aspects that others don't. I give DLH a slight edge in this fight, bc the rounds that DLH won, he definetely won, while the rounds that Tito won, were close. I gave rounds 2, 4, 10, 11, 12 to Tito with round nine being a even round.

But the point here is that DLH officially lost, it is not the only decision in boxing that has caused havoc. DLH lost to Sturm but was gifted the decision, he lost to Mosely, Chavez has been gifted decisions, and many other fighters have won fights that were questionable.

The lack of heart that DLH showed is what makes me not like him. It almost seemed as if he said to himself "damn this fu**er hits hard, let me stay away from him". Who decides to run for 4 rounds especially when the crowd is booing you?

I agree with PBF34, DLH won round 9, not sure where most fans think tito won, it was so clear that oscar beat him and even tito knows that, tito's dad and whole corner. thats why they never let trinidad fight oscar again, and we all know who wants to fight who

Oscar has been beggin for a rematch, which he doesnt need, everyone knows trinidad lost that night

              8-4 for dlh = 116-112

those cards were filled out before the fight even started i've seen it time and time agian and everytime i leave thinking "this was suposed to be it huh? the fight of 1000 years ....a mexican pounding a peurterican half to death then playing hide and go seek at the end of it for some unknown mental reason if oscar would have kept up the pressure from the early rounds tito would have been stoped ala agianst hopkins

this fight is like sugar ray leonard vs hagler....the hagler fans all thought he was gonna just come in and knock leonard out by looking at him but when leonard fought back and started clowning hagler hagler didnt know what to do
