    Trinidad vs De La Hoya

Just got done watching the fight on DVD. Here is my score.

    round 1= 10-9 Oscar
    round 2= 10-9 Oscar
    round 3= 10-9 Oscar
    round 4= 10-9 Tito
    round 5= 10-10 even
    round 6= 10-9 Oscar
    round 7= 10-9 Oscar
    round 8= 10-9 Tito
    round 9= 10-9 Tito
    round 10= 10-9 Tito
    round 11= 10-9 Tito
    round 12= 109 Tito

    total= 115-114 Tito Trinidad

I scored this fight as fare as i possibly could. Oscar did very good early. I scored round 5 even because i couldnt decide who to give it too, obviously lol, but if i had to choose i would say Tito but i think it was even. Tito came on strong in the end. As far as people saying Oscar just decided to stay away the last few rounds, i disagree. Oscar did the same thing the last few rounds he did the whole fight, he was just being hit more and not throwing as much due to being tired from hopping around all night. Very Very close fight, could have gon either way. But Tito was pressing the action, and still won 115-114,but in a close fight like that the fact that Tito was so aggressive and Oscar was moving away so much means a lot. George Foreman said he thought Tito won cause the way Oscar closed the show, Lederman had it even, and Merchant had it 6-5 1 even for Oscar. I had it 115-114, man that was a close fight. Also, i think the right man won.

I scored the fight sober as hell. I actually was eating chips ahoy and milk while i was watching it. That is my opinion, deal with it. I scored the fight very farely too. I can see why someone would say Oscar won, i could see hwy someone would say Tito won. It was a very close fight and could have gone either way. But i think Tito deserved it more, and the right man won.

WTF, first of all you scored a round even that Oscar won. Trinidad won 4 rounds in this fight, 5 at the most. No way in hell did he win 6 or 7 rounds.

I know its ur opinion and all but damn 115-114 tito, what was ur scoring criteria? Missed Punchs, and gettin smashed by fast combinations? in that case ur right. i mean if u get hit wit 125 more punchs its kind of hard to win, impossible in my eyes actually.

I scored it for De La Hoya EVERY time I saw it. 115-113 to 116-112, I think.

But I am tired, I will never watch it again... they are both overrated, one as a boxer, the other as a brawler.

the only thing that I like about oscar better than tito is that he is more versatile and his fans are USUALLY less obsessed than tito's.

In fact now that I think about it there is one thing I really like about De La Hoya is that there is plenty of people hating him and he does not deserve it.
