Jacobs was NOT offered 3 million. Based on what I hear he was offered 1.5 million which is of course he's going to reject because he practically made the same for Quillin, and Jacobs' people know there is 5 million in the pot from HBO, so it doesn't sit well with them that GGG is then getting 3.5. I think 2 to 2.5 gets the deal done.

That's actually a really interesting point that I never thought. According to Jacobs GGG is more dangerous than Quillin and he should be paid more than 1.5. If GGG had that mentality than he'd be asking for more than the 4 million he made against Brook because Jacobs is more dangerous. Haha this fight is never happening.
