You're saying Golovkin would lose at 168? I thought it was cakewalk for Gennady? Have some insecurities do we?

So, can anybody prove that Golovkin fighting:

      Degale
      Groves
      Smith

Does not do better than Brook at the 02? Didn't Loeffler and Abel say that any fight 168 that brings propah money is worth the jump and then come back down?

Didn't Loeffler say, ''Gennady sold out London in 11 minutes..'' not, ''He and Brook sold it'' but ''Gennady sold out London in 11 minutes...''

If that's the case, how fast would DeGale, Groves or Smith sell in the UK?

      We've got 3 top 10 Brits at 168.

This is the last bastion for Gennady to achieve greatness. Cause I assure you in 2018, Alvarez is going to knock out Gennady one way or another, and if they want to come back with strong negotiating bidness then place your bets folks, cause Gennady can be a 2 division Champ come negotiating with GBP.

getting tired of this over protective shıt
canelo knocking him out in 2018 lol, what happened to september 2017?! Is that too soon now i.e GGG is still too young lol

Fight's not gonna happen in 2017. The latest Jacobs mix up hasn't helped the circumstances with Golovkin vs Alvarez. This is why Boxingscene recently did an article that "negotiations" are stil coming along but in reality the article didn't say anything new from before, and inspired to be published due to the Jacobs fiasco.

I have always said that Golovkin is the best 160 pounder and that if he moved to 168 I think Ward could have beaten him.

What's there to be insecure about? That doesn't make him any less of a fighter because he can't beat everybody at every weight.

OMG gosh the 168 is so stacked! The Roster is-
            Degale
            Groves
            Smith

Then 160 is **** and the roster is-
            Jacobs
            Saunders
            Eubank
            Canelo
            Lee

            WoW!

Cheers to that. Hopefully 2017 we'll be able to argue about who won instead of who ducked who.

                  He didn't duck those guys.

                    I don't know if they're trolling..

I mean for starters, I only enticed the idea of atleast some possible British matchups, and luckily they're top 10. There's still Badou Jack, who Floyd himself said in interviews that he would like Golovkin to fihht him. It's been said publicly. That's a TMT fighter. How come Golovkin fans aren't calling that bluff? How come Abel hasn't responded to Floyd's statements with Jack!? Instead industry cherry picks what Floyd says in the same interview and lure the gullibles that it's "Floyd vs Golovkin."

Second, how come industry is not pressuring Golovkin vs Ramirez. A Mexican investment now at 168 with a belt! If Golovkin were to beat him in 2017 how could K2 not use that in negotiations that they beat a 168 Mexican fighter, now a 2 Division champ!? And as you mentioned however, nobody is bringing up Chavez Jr., as his money still has value whether he sucks or not, and is not Jr. a more ideal fight for Golovkin's "stolen" Mexican fans?

Posters here are saying there's no money at 168 and no greatness. I smell fear from fans? Why? Time is running out for Golovkin. Dude isn't looking sharper every fight. You then get people say, "well he destroyed Brook doe (147)"

I just don't get why Golovkin fans don't want him to be a 2 Division champ by 2017.

Lastly, is industry and the Herman brothers trolling the idea that Gennday vs Sturm in Germany isn't a mega fight in the heart of the old third reich? Are Germans not intellectual enough like Los Angeles fans selling out like a Rubio fight? Has Rubio ever been bigger than Sturm? Lol
Why would anyone be talking about match ups with Jack and Ramirez at this stage?

The fans want to see him fight Jacobs, Saunders and Canelo at MW.

Jack is due to fight DeGale, and Ramirez is out injured.

There's no point moving up yet.

Alvarez isn't certain for 2017, and I'll bet Saunders will cash out with Alvarez, and I'm sure Warren will back up the idea, plus Alvarez and Saunders are WBO..

Jacobs? This bout is 50/50... if Golovkin fights 3 times a year, who else at 160 is there for Golovkin? Or is milking those already questionable defenses (*Bhop) the 2017 plan? Again, Golovkin needs the WBO to cement the legacy.

They said they would move up or come down from 168. People are tolling if they think Groves or DeGale can't sell like Chavez Jr. or Froch.
