GGG should focus on getting the WBO belt off Saunders, that was always his main goal and excuse for not fighting Ward. This fight is dead in the water, the fighters want it, De La Hoya doesn't. When Canelo moves up to 160 they should talk about the fight then. But GGG should unify the division then go up to 168 and fight for a title, he is nearly 35 for f***s sake.

If Golovkin is such a hot commodity, nothing prevents K2 from assuming the financial risk and taking the lead in promoting the fight. They can then make Canelo whatever offer they think is fair. As it stands Golden Boy is assuming the financial risks --"money talks and BS walks".

Now reading this, anyone who didn't know better would think that the reason the fight isn't happening yet is because GGG won't accept Canelo's offer.

Whether GGG accepts the offer or not, Canelo won't fight him till Sept 2017, at the earliest.

And GGG wouldn't see a single cent of that $10 million till then. And that's assuming Canelo keeps his word and fights this time, instead of backing off again and fucking everybody around for another year.

The people refusing to acknowledge the "it won't happen until September 2017, MAYBE" part is just ridiculous. How anyone interprets that as Golden Boy really wanting the fight is beyond me. They are doing nothing more than kicking the can down the road and hoping it rusts away before they catch up. Same **** Jacobs is doing.

The ****ing hatred causing people to say the ******est **** about Golovkin really pushes me away from this site. And I'm not even some huge Golovkin fan, hell you know that.
