No, he didn't get nowhere near. He got a 2m guarantee and ppv upside and UK proceeds which is peanuts. Ppv upside was weak. Khan is also a bigger name, and got a pay bump for coming up in weight for the sure ko.

No I'm saying Jacobs vs GGG can be a huge fight if promoted properly. Boxing numbers are down across the board and I think it's because promoters aren't promoting. GGG is a star on the rise and Jacobs is a good dude with a tremendous story to be told. To me that's a home run.

I'm confused. I was under the impression that this fight was going to be negotiated or else go to pursr bids, and the fight was mandated to happen within the next 3 months or so. I see this becoming another Alvarez situation where the fight will be delayed if it happens at all.
