What connect rate do you see Kovalev getting against Ward?

Kovalev is a jab centric fighter, I don't think Ward's last opponents had a jab connect rate over 20%.

I personally don't think Kovalev will be able to connect over 25%.

He doesn't have the fastest hands either. Ward shouldn't have issues catching whatever the oaf throws at him.

You are overrating Ward in terms of defense. He isn't the Pernell Whitaker you are making him out to be. If The C-class fighter in barrera could catch him with jabs and right hand that was enough to damage his face with bruises what do you think would Kovalev do?

Froch also connected a lot against Ward. You are either overrating Ward or you are underrating Kovalev's precision. Ward is already passed his prime, and Kovalev is slightly past it but still at his peak.
