    • Read through this whole thread. Very entertaining.

Can some of the more experienced fellas in this thread please give me some advice for my bag work?

            • I didn't wanted to start a new tread, so I'll simply post my video here.

It's been 1 year and a half since I'm out of gym because of my job schedule. I got lazy and went out of shape, now I have to lose more than 30lbs to come back to my standard weight. Recently I bought a heavybag and 2 days ago I started working on it in the basement. It gets on my nerves that the cieling is too low and the basement is narrow, but it's better than nothing. I started recording my own workouts in order to see all the mistakes I've been making and correct them. There's a lot of things I have to work on, but here I uploaded some of the better parts...

I like that you move your head after every combo. That's a good practice.

                • Our coach has revamped the whole gym with equipment from TurnerMAX.

Hell yeah.. me too never heard about it but today I'm about to train on this beauty!

It's total leather so they say...

I asked him to show me exactly and he opened this very page:

                  http://www.turner-sports.co.uk/punch...t-6ft-red.html

Actually jokes apart, I'm a big fan of the real deal. I love to feel and smell the leather punching bags, the smooth, velvety, crack-resistant surface is a delight to punch. Let's see if TurnerMAX can suffer my wrath!!!
