Translated russian interview about the Ouma fight

Golovkin: The most important factor in this fight was my conditioning. The camp was very good. I was happy with everything. The problems started during our flight to Panama. We lost two much time in LA airport. At passport control there were sudden questions about my visa although I had both Schengen and US visa so I didn't have to have a Panama visa. The airport staff took my passport for two hours and I missed my flight. The next flight was available only the next day. And we then had issues with connecting flights. So we spent two days in airports and flights. All this time I couldn't have a proper rest or training. We arrived to Panama half an hour before the weigh in so we went there straight from the airport. And I felt exhausted. Off course we should have arrived earlier but we screwed. I didn't have an opportunity to rest and acclimatise. When it was time to fight I felt I wanted to sleep.
My luggage went to Panama first whilst u stuck with my visa, so I could not shave myself.

Of course we could not allow ourselves to refuse to fight after everything that was done. I didn't think about tactics or skills, I just had to win. If you noticed I worked in a monotonous pace without trying to land accurate punches. No tactics. Who out-hustles the other. I hope fighters will think I am flawed and will stop avoiding me.

Max Herman: GGG had visa issues and had to spend two days in airports/flights. He had to cut his weight in airport, and once in Panama his weight was less than Ouma's. On a fight day he was always sleeping exhausted after the trip. He could not recover, he had no power. He asked me to bring a cup of concentrated strong tea right before the fight.

Amar Amari...he had problems at airport...
          Ouma....visa problems..
          Rosado....he was sick..
          Brook...had problems at airport...

if you ask Zaroku, he can define who's excuses are more appealing, #48 or Golovkin.

His defense is pretty good. Anyone can get hit with that pitty pat **** Monroe was doing. It's all flash no substance. By the 4th round Golovkin has you figured out and proceeds to break you down with laser like precision.

And I believe his Ouma story, it's to elaborate to be made up and who cares really, every fighter has these types of fights coming up.

            ODH vs John John Molina.
            Mayweather vs Chavez and Corley
            Pacquiao vs Sanchez
            Vanes vs Ouma
            Rigo vs Cordoba
            Lara vs Molina
and the list goes on and on and on.

And no one claims Golovkin was sick for the Brooks fight except Eddie Hearns. Why would Golovkin fans have to make excuses for a 4-1 curbstomping. Compubox barely had Brook landing outside of the 2nd round. Golovkins defense is on point, chin tucked, rolls punches, deflects, and counters.

He's the very definition of the sweet science.

lol. fighting a 154 Southpaw for 10 rounds in Golovkin's toughest fight. this is the sole reason why Gennady doesn't like to fight elite Southpaws. A 7 loss Ouma compared to Lara. trust me... only trolls think Lara wouldn't give Lil'G a schooling..

Meanwhile Eubank Jr. comatosed a fighter into retirement.... yeah, those things are so great to brag about with some brain scan and after 7 losses where he has lost by KO before...

Just warning you all, Alvarez is going to beat Gennady. I'll bump this when that fight comes!

                  Jump on the wagon now!

Ouma to this day is the most accomplished fighter GGG has ever fought.
really and who did ouma beat to be so accomplished? and at the time GGG fought ouma he wasn't the best fighter, ggg faught other fighters that would have beaten ouma... Lemiux would have destroyed ouma, Rasdo did beat ouma a few fights before GGG beat him.

honestly there is very little point in arguing as there is no basis to your and most anti GGG trolls.
