Why did Garcia under perform with Herrera

Maybe he under estimated him and didn't train and prepare as well as he should have. Herrera has a tricky, style that throws some boxers off of their best fight.

thought Herrera was punk with no pop so he didnt really give him his respect and when it and realize what happens when you underestimate someone.
