yeah, I mainly put Tito up there cos of his fights with Hopkins and Jones. He didn't win though so...I dunno.

Pacquiao has beaten at least 3 ATGs more than Mayweather and done it more convincingly too. I cant see how Mayweathers resume tops that tbh.

I for sure never said he was the GOAT

but its hard to argue that he was not the best fighter of his era and had the best resume

the dudes credentials cant be questioned...its absurd and is an insult to other fighters who didn't accomplish as much

people don't realize tearing him down craps on his era...he was the best

The bold's are all in the" reasonably debatable" or the "hell no" zone. The rest I agree with.

Thomas Hearns fought prime Leonard and was very close to beating him and gave him a detached retina. He went to war with the bigger, prime Hagler. He also won titles at 5 weights when there were fewer titles. He also beat prime Benitez. There is no comparison. Hearns all the way.

I know he is best of this era,for me pac can be worst fighter and have Better resume, and i told you that i think that fact that pac id smaller matters for me,i doesnt for you,i just want you to know Why i think that his resume is better and that its not some crazy thinking. Im not one of this persons Who hate selected fighters, i rank Floyd in top 10 ATGs ,just better resume dont mean better fighter for me,pac had no chance with Floyd style and reach diff is to big also Floyd is more crafty.I told goat cuse nobody beated as Many champs, they couldt cuse There was 1 or 2 in couple years,i hope you got my way of thinking here.

And if you think beating Baldomir or Judah is better than beating Frazier and Ali then you're going down a slippery slope where even the likes of larry and rustydan wont follow.

              Bye.
dude...cut the ****..you don't even know what the **** you're talking about. i don't consider barrera nore morales p4p ATG's of any significance. HOF's yes. u named older fighters in which u have no knowledge of but i am glad to school u on each one and go over their resumes with u, why some are greater and why some are ether debatables or not greater. like i said u named 5 official guys that were greater. Frazier has a greater one single win then mayweather in ali but NOT A overall greater resume. now ali obviously has a greater resume then mayweather. also greatness in resumes is also judged by the background of the fight. morales had just been out boxed by Raheem (a B class fighter at the time) pac piggy backed off of that and knocked Morales out only after that loss. yea he beat Morales but how much credit can we really give that win when it was after being taken completely apart by a B class fighter in raheem?

if we really break down mayweather vs pac resumes mayweather has A lead in greatness to pac in that category.

How many great fighters Floyd fought in their prime?

                  Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.

                  Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.

                  I'm thinking...

                  0.

That's the key in this thread.

Floyd was a great great fighter, a master, but he never fought with legendary oposition in their prime.
