been a long time.....the movements and techniques are starting to come back

one thing for sure, I definitely need to start doing more road work...you cant win, without wind lol

I boxed a while from 05-07....kids and work took over...did everything but have a fight

what threw me off was your comment....from experience like I said in a previous posts, most my experiences with Mexicans have been pleasant but blacks having an inferiority complex threw me off.

its cats on here they tear down fighters because of race..why would blacks have a inferiority complex when blacks, and Mexicans dominate boxing and have for years. The best fighter p4p across the era's have been a black man Mayweather, Jones, Leonard, or a latino(Duran in the 70s) Ray Robinson etc...and for like 50+ years only black men held the heavyweight title
