...because he's not a draw in the US at all...period. This fight isn't a big seller anyway.

Obviously the bigger draw was Pascal in his home area, more money. This isn't complicated. But hey, if you wanna believe Kovalev isn't the main draw vs Ward, keep up the myth, good for you.

So you post what appears to be an attack on Ward in the form of an opinion. Someone disagrees with you and gives a reason why they disagree and you call them a Ward fan boys. Funny. Here's how I can tell you're just a hater....you bring up Boone as if that fight was recent. Has Ward been that good for that long that the Boone fight is the only thing you can point to as a reason Kovalev wins easy?

You must not have watched the Boone fight closely, or recently. The reason it's important is, Ward is still susceptible to that same uppercut. Like I said before, Brand nearly had him with it a couple times, and I'm sure JDJ will be working on that angle and a few others. As for hating Ward, it's untrue. But he's good because of talent and he plays it extremely safe. Kovalev is good because of talent and he takes chances. As for calling someone a Ward fanboy, that's just shorthand friend. Few have all day for some drawn out expression that can be made with fewer words. Maybe you should learn the concept with blogs. And obviously, we're all just bringing forth opinions.

It's official, you're dumb! You know damn well you didn't say Kov by TKO or KO, or by a wide margin! You said "the only way this fight is exciting is if Kovalev wins." I'm done!

Sorry to have to sink your boat friend, but "the only way this fight is exciting is if Kovalev wins." doesn't include the method by which he wins. It doesn't matter how it happens, the only way the fight will be exciting will be if Kovalev wins. Keep playing like you're winning, but you aren't. Not even close.

There's no record anywhere if that did happen, so who knows. My big point though with Boone dropping Ward hard was, it was the uppercut that started it. And Ward is still extremely susceptible to that to this day. In the last fight Brand nearly got him with it a few times. It's one of Ward's biggest liabilities... that I would imagine Kovalev will exploit.

You seem to be getting offended when someone calls you fanboy... when it really isn't the end of the world. In my line of work, when we call someone a music geek, they usually relish in it. They wear it like a badge actually. No worries either way, obviously, but I'll keep using a version of shorthand when I post.

but I have had people pick on me because of my size, my race or something. that's fine.

In a perfect world, men could have it out and live to see another day. Thank God Ive had disputes as an adult that were handled through non-violent measures but Ive also had to defend myself
