So if Loma becomes a 5 division champ it means nothing?

It's funny that the guy who was ducked and handed a belt by one of the highest paid fighters in the sport is called a coward.
Staying at one weight is fine and actually, not done enough. Pep, Hagler, Monzon all stayed at the same weight and are still all time greats and rightfully so. With so many divisions now, it is tempting. I mean, Golovkin is at 160 which means moving up means fighting 8 pounds higher at the next weight and then 175 at the next which is another 7 pounds. May moved from 130 to 135- 5 pounds. Then to 140- another 5 pounds. Then 147- seven pounds. So, for him, 17 pounds covered three divisions where as Golvkin would gain 15 pounds to cover two. The lower weight classes are more divided up. So it's easier to gain multiple weight titles. In Armstrong's day, it was much harder. More weight separating classes and only one recognized title. Now that was a more significant achievement. It's been watered down over the years.
But yes, it's still a great accomplishment to be a multiple-division champion even now. If Loma was a five-division champ, he'd move all the way to welterweight and of course, that's highly impressive, as was Mayweather's 5-division run. However, for guys who want to stay at one weight, I don't for a second, consider that cowardly. How about Kostya Tszyu? Was he coward for staying at 140? I can definitely say Ricky Hatton SHOULD HAVE STAYED at 140. Are you going to call Rogondeaux a coward as well? He won't move up 4 pounds from 122. Personally, I don't care. He can do what he wants.
I've exposed the myth that 160 pound+ fighters don't move up.

Okay I'll up you to a D- troll thread for the insult. I still am finding you an extremely boring & predictable troll that is bringing lil to nothing to the troll game on NSB.
In 2007 you might be a top ten site troll with this type of ****, but its 2016 & your troll game is softer than baby **** & it isn't in any way even clever or notable for any reason.
Watching you trolling is like watching a Ricardo Mayorga comeback fight.Comment
