        1) Golovkin ran around for FOUR YEARS saying that he can "beat anyone from 154-168"

do you really not remember that ?
if not, then how long have you been following this sport ?
if so, then how can you possibly support that "164-or-no-fight" rubbish?

        2) GGG attempted to make fights with Froch, Chavez, Chudinov, and Ramirez..... ALL at 168

        so.....

FACT: Golovkin was willing to fight Froch at 168
FACT: Golovkin was willing to fight Chavez at 168
FACT: Golovkin was willing to fight Hopkins at 168
FACT: Golovkin was willing to fight Chudinov at 168
FACT: Golovkin was willing to fight Ramirez at 168
FACT: Golovkin was NOT willing to fight Andre Ward at 168

just so long as you're happy with that ^^

        3) considering the fact that you support catchweights, how can you possibly accept the B-side Golovkin refusing to consider a catchweight for the A-side Canelo..... despite the fact that..... a) Golovkin ran around for FOUR YEARS saying that he can "beat anyone from 154-168"..... b) Canelo is clearly not a middleweight, he fought lil 153lb Cotto and the chinny welter Khan..... c) Canelo just made 154 for Smith

Golovkin made yet another unfathomable excuse to avoid fighting a top opponent, and you supported him LMAO..... and I guess you also supported Mr 97k when he refused the 10mil offer from Canelo as well?

First, Mr Anyone-From-154-to-168 refused to fight Canelo over the weight..... then Mr 97k refused to fight Canelo over the money.

that is absurd..... I wonder what his next excuse will be ?

And btw, I am being courteous by referring to Gennady as " Golovkin "..... because the 2nd time he refused to fight Ward, he earned the nickname "lil'G"
Since your being courteous let me be the same and again give my point of view.Once again,I don't see a problem negotiating catchweights for fighting someone who has physical advantages over you.Has Ward every fought anyone who had size reach weight advantage over him without dragging him down a weight to do so? 164 is only four pounds down so why not.Dawson had to lose 8lb.Why ? Why didn't Ward do what you think GGG should've done and go up a weight for his title. As for the "yeah but G was willing to fight Froch at 168" yeah ,but it's an easier fight.Floyd was willing to fight Oscar at 154,but not Canelo. What was the difference? He saw Canelo as the easier fight. You see this is what your supposed to do when you fight bigger men. That's exactly what Ward DoD to Dawson. Now I'm not butthurt that Canelo was going around saying I'll fight Golovkin at 160 we don't f about, get in the ring ext before dropping a proper belt to fight Smith in what looks like a one off at 154.But why aren't you clinging to his every word? Because it's personal you don't like GGG. That's up to you, just pointing out these go up a weight you said you'd do this and that double standards that are kind of obvious and only apply to the fella you don't like.As for anyone else you used to talk to It's a bit like the Trump thing..I'm not interested or bothered about the personally stuff.Just wanna know why you think GGG is wrong for not fighting Ward for his title up a weight ,but Ward wasnt wrong for not fighting for Dawson's title at his.

Yeah ,but a 175lb Dawson who had just beaten a younger, better Hopkins than Kovalev gets praise for would've been better than either.Kesslers best win was Marcus Beyer.Frochs was possibly Bute, but up until then it was Dirrell who actually beat him lets face it.So these aren't superstars exactly either are they?

A quick summary.Ward ,I'm not fighting Dawson at 175 or even 170 coz he's bigger than me.."ok Andre that's ok"..Canelo not fighting at 160 until I'm ready because these guys are bigger than me.".ok Saul your free to go".Golovkin ,I'm not fighting Ward at 168 coz he's bigger than me (can we do it at 164? ) "you ducking coward go kill yourself and your fans " ..

Firstly, why Golovkin should have fought Ward at 168.....

              1) Golovkin ran around for FOUR YEARS saying that he can "beat anyone from 154-168"

do you really not remember that ?

Secondly, Ward should have fought Dawson at 175 IF he had been attempting to make fights with other guys at LHW, like Golovkin did at 168..... but that wasn't the case.

Ward also should have fought Dawson at 175 IF he wanted to fight for his LHW title, like Golovkin wanted to fight for Ward's SMW title at 164..... but that wasn't the case.

Ward would have received much more credit for the Dawson win had he gone to 175. But he was likely aware of that at the time, so hard luck for him.

I wouldn't give Ward too much credit for the Dawson win if I was you..... it was a good win, but not a great win..... solely because of the question marks over Dawson at 168.

Ward demeaned his own victory..... just like Mayweather did with Canelo, just like Pac did with Cotto/Margarito/and the other weight-manipulated fights, etc.

The point is this, Ward was obviously not ready to move up to LHW at that point in time..... which is fine when you consider the fact that he has now moved to 175, specifically to fight a better champ than Dawson.

Kessler was the #1 ranked SMW, and the consensus Super-6 favorite

Froch became a legend, he truly was an outstanding fighter

both are WAAAAAY better than Martin Murray, so give Ward a break

and the guy he signed to fight next aint no slouch either

This is what I'm saying.Show me a guy that Ward or Canelo went up a division to fight who was taller outreached and outweighed them and I will get on GGGs back for not doing the same. Why not a 164.It's halfway between divisions. It's more than Ward did for Dawson.Ward and Canelo fight at the weight they can make.So GGG wanted Froch at 168? That's commendable ain't it? Floyd fought Oscar at 154.But Floyd wanted a potentially harder fight with Canelo at 152.Is it still not commendable that he wanted that fight against someone with such physical advantages. So why shouldn't GGG ask for a similar thing with Ward. The way I see it is it always has to be Wards way He fought a 175er at 168.He wanted at 160lbder at 168.Why not do your part to make these fairer fights? Wouldn't it be more of an achievement ?

There's got to be some middle ground. We've got guys on here demanding GGG fights the winner of Kov Ward at 175.No one else is expected to do that. All of the big fights recently where someone is giving up natural frame size seem to be at catchweights or even at their own lower weights ,including the guys who's fans expect GGG to fight spanning any division they name.He should fight the best guys his size ,and since you say its understandable for Ward to do it,fight in his weight class until he can't make it or the right fight comes along.Jacobs is probably the second best middleweight no? That's who he should be fighting.

fact. Ward was willing to go to 160 for Floyd but ducked GGG at 164.
