Like I say,**** talk is just **** talk. But as for asking a bigger and very skilled opponent for a catchweigth I don't see the wrong in it.Ward did the same with Dawson, not even letting him fight at 170 or reaching out for greatness for Dawson's lightheavy title. It's because they knew Dawson was good and naturally bigger ,so they wanted concessions.People bring up the willingness to meet Froch at 168,but Froch was an easier opponent. This happens all the time ,Floyd was happy with Oscar at 154 but a more threatening Canelo was 152.I cant see the harm in it.It's different with Camelot though. The only duck I can see is if you give up a belt to not fight a contender.Whatever way people frame that,it's not a good look.Tyson Fury did it with Price. He probably would've won ,was moving on to bigger things ect.But he dropped his belt to avoid Price. So it's a duck.

Canelo has the same kind of fans that David Haye packs out arenas with when he fights no hopers in the UK .Kind of a celebrity loving ,non boxing crowd but they bring in the money.I'd like to see him fight Saunders myself,I think he's a bit underrated because he's unlikable and his style is not fun to watch. But then we'd have a situation where both guys would have middleweight titles and would never get to unify if Canelo wins.

FACT: Golovkin was willing to fight Froch at 168
FACT: Golovkin was willing to fight Chavez at 168
FACT: Golovkin was willing to fight Hopkins at 168
FACT: Golovkin was willing to fight Chudinov at 168
FACT: Golovkin was willing to fight Ramirez at 168
FACT: Golovkin was NOT willing to fight Ward at 168

just so long as you're happy with that, you can paint it however you like

Also, the biatch promised he would fight Canelo at 154 and Ward at 168.

          Unfotunately, that's what it is.

May sr don't want to see G involved in better fights like we do, he just wants to see him lose.

Let's have a look at what Sr said here: "GGG needs to fight Ward" then "GGG would lose, no contest",
in other words, what Sr is telling us is: "GGG needs to....lose in a no contest" lol

Ward would probably beat GGG, he's supposed to being a bigger and even more experienced pro fighter.

Probably GGG was willing to move up for Froch, not Ward, well, it's nothing new that Ward was a a better fighter than Froch unless you're truly ignorant at this point.

            And??

Get over it bro, GGG refused to move up for Ward, maybe, is that so shamefull compared to other fighters?

            • Why there would be a need to fight Ward for GGG if he would get his ass spanked in a no contest?

I get it Sr, your narrow minded crakhead ass wants to see him lose.

Is there any US citizen out there who could explain me why those people are getting a pass to be openly such biggots?

you been hoodwinked bro[/QUOTE) I just can't see the problem with asking Ward for a catchweight.Even if he'd happily make fights
With Froch and co at the full limit, with Ward being a much harder fight why not ask him to meet in the middle ? Its the same reason Floyd met Oscar at a higher weight than Canelo.Same title but tougher fight ,so Canelo had to do a catchweight. Now I can't see why Ward wouldn't do this since its what Dawson had to do when he fought Ward.In fact he had to drop a whole division, not even what he asked for at 170.Why? Because Ward was comfortable at supermiddle at the time and didn't want to give any advantage,or reach for greatness a weight up.And Dawson bravely and foolishly spoit his career. It just makes me wonder why the same people who think GGG is small enough to fight Canelo at 155,think he's big enough to not ask for a catchweight against Ward.Plus they hang on every word of his interviews ,but when Canelo sits at a podium, says weights not important I'll fight him at 160 and the drops the prestigious middleweight belt in the garbage rather than do so he's words aren't clung to in the same way.I want to see the best fights.I'm happy GGG is fighting Jacobs.I think its a good fight but I hope it won't be the highlight of his career.I want him to take on a challenge where he is the underdog, without compromising himself and entering the ring a shadow like Dawson did.But if he beats Jacobs ,probably the second best middleweight in the world ,I know there will be people saying " so what he's a former cancer patient ect"..its silly double standards.Canelos best win is a guy he's own size,Lara, who I thought beat him.Wards best win is a guy he's own size, probably Kessler or Froch.

                • If Sanchez had any sense he would have never spoke Ward's name. Now, this haunts them without end and it does not look favorable to GGG.

Yes but it shoudnt really ,because fight hype has been around for ever ,but only seems to be word of law when it comes to Golovkin now.More shameful was Canelo saying he would fight at 160 ,weight doesn't matter at a podium in front of the world while having the actual title in that actual division before throwing it away.
But as for I'll fight this and that one I've already gone over Hopkins with his I'll fight Mayweather I'll fight David Hayes stuff and there's just too many to mention. But only one guy gets constantly mentioned 😊

It was actually Canelo negotiating the Cotto fight for the MW belts when he had no intention of being a MW yet. I predicted that would bite him in the ass and it's hounded him since.
