    kovalev hasn't been in there with anybody near the skill set of Ward. Yet Ward has been in there with guys that hit just as hard if not hard than kovalev. and none of them could do anything to Ward.

        That's why I respect white fighters like Golovkin and Kovalev who voluntarily fight in the USA almost everytime. They are basically accepting the road game because they want their achievement to stand out even more.

        I personally won't give Ward any credit if he beats Kovalev because Nevada borders California.

          for sure. they weren't lucky to be born in the usa like ward/floyd. if they were born in kazakshtan how popular would they be in the states...oh yeah they would be rigo. they stand out more because they have to. if they were boring clinchers like those guys they would be deported and they dont want to go home.

            Ward is not as chinny as some make him out be but in terms of power tasted he is entering uncharted territory against Kovalev.

                  Basically Hopkins is telling Ward to cheat Kovalev like he did Kessler. If Ward does that, I hope Kov picks him up and slams him on his neck.
