Ward hasn't fought at 168 for 3 years.
The offer was for Ward to get one more fight in 2015 while GGG fought Lemieux and then they fightbin first half of 2016, team ggg said maybe possibly in 2017

Well there's a reason because you're too lazy to seek if this indeed was true, but you instead used this platform for your ignorance. Ward said it, it's hard to even get to 175 so 168 is out question he said. Look it up idiots, and the only reason Andre is fighting is because Dan Goosen passed, otherwise we wouldn't be talking about this man.
Here we go with the supposed boxing fan that roots for the promoter. You say that he wouldnt be fighting if Goosen were still alive as if it was a good thing. Are you really that much of a hater!? If Goosen wouldnt have decided to screw over Ward's original promoter, Antonio Leonard, that brought Ward to Goosen he would have never had such a long and unnecessary layoff in the first place. When did you start being a Dan Goosen fan? I bet it was around the same time that Ward was trying to get out of his contract with Goosen-Tutor Promotions. Would you become a Tom Loeffler fan if GGG was trying to get out of his contract with him? Are you a Bob Arum fan? Because Mikey Garcia has been on hiatus for over a year trying to get out of his contract with him.

Wondering if I should check out the audio of this interview. Abel probably had a squeaky, flatulent sound going since he's talking out his back door. Not surprising though... everybody on GGGs team has a different story depending on the weather, day of the week, whatever. All BS, all the time.

Abel needs to just pipe down and get to work prepping his star pupil. He'll definitely have his hands full with Jacobs... although he should win it.

Who cares? Ward will be begging GGG for a payday at 164 after Kovalev flattens him and sends him to irrelevantland

Sanchez is all over the place, which just further illustrates K2's hypocrisy. If you thought a fighter couldn't make 168, why then ask for 164? They not only asked for 164, but a 50/50 split also. They're hypocrites. "GGG is not business man," but he's fighting Brook @ 160. "We hope Jacobs doesn't price himself out of the fight," but Ward must give us 50/50, or Canelo must give us more than $10 million dollars! "We'll fight anyone from 154 to 168," but 154 is only for Floyd, and Ward must come to 164! Let's just hope we see Canelo vs. GGG in 2017!

.Ward called out GGG one hour after it was announced that GGG had a contract to fight Lemieux.....this can be checked out for a fact in the transcripts……second of all GGG's team had been trying to come to an agreement for two years with Ward....the problem was first Ward was in trouble with law suits with Goossen...they were suing each other....Goosen won the lawsuit three times.....then Ward signed with Roc Nation....the first thing Roc Nation said was that Ward needed two tune up fights before they would let Ward fight GGG...then Ward fought one fight at 172 pounds....GGG and his team got tired of waiting for Andre Ward to make up his mind what he wanted to do...then look at the numbers....Ward fought in his own home town and he could not put 4000 people in the arena....Ward fought at the Citizens centre and there were only 3000 people....every single word I have put here can be checked out by anybody simply by looking at the transcripts....and if that is not enough for you then here is a video by Tom Loeffler.....either Loeffler is lying or Ward is lying....only problem with that is that the transcripts will back up Loeffler and not Ward.
And here is a quote from Ward that proves what Abel says is true. ''My body feels good. I don't think I can make 168 anymore. 175 isn't easy to make. I'm not doing anything crazy but it's not easy to make.''http://www.boxingscene.com/andre-ward-rules-out-fights-168-175-not-easy-make--107486
