I respect he speaks his opinion but he must be smart enough to realise he's going to be crucified in the press for them. If you're going to say the things he does, you need to be able to deal with the backlash.
Fury has depressive tendancies, maybe bi-polar syndrome, which is an illness, not a sign of weakness. But I'm sure he could have handled the media backlash over those comments he made. He could also have handled the fact that AJ, with his paper title, and the Sky Sports publicity machine plugging him non-stop, is now THE world HW champ to 9 out of 10 UK sports fans, with Fury's historic win over Wlad being written off as some kind of fluke.

It's the PED allegation made against him by UKAD, and the way people have reacted to it, that have pushed him over the edge. Fury has been found guilty of nothing, and is confident that his name will cleared when the case goes to the tribunal. But that doesn't seem to have registered with the British public, or with most members of this forum.

To many people now, Fury is a drug cheat ... a lying scum bag ... all those *****s are the same ... etc. And because of the laws of sub judice, this proud - arrogant, if you want to but that way - and outspoken guy was faced with the prospect of attending media calls and pressers, then climbing into the ring to fight Wlad, without being able to say anything or make any response to the slurs and insults being thrown at him.

    Think about that.

The guy is 7 feet tall, rich, arrogant, but... vulnerable?

It sounds like Peter Fury has found Tyson curled up into a ball under the shower sobbing his eyes out. It's probably better that he has his Oliver McCall moment outside the ring but I hope he makes a quick recovery because I want to see Wlad getting schooled again.

Therefore, he just can't handle that kind of pressure hanging over his head going into the rematch against Wladimir Klitschko.
If UKAD had a real case against him he wouldn't have been allowed to fight Wlad last year, and there wouldn't even be any rematch.

              Boxer mental breakdown?

Waiting patiently to hear that Oli McCall will now take over training of Tyson Fury...

And Christy Martin will educate Mr. Fury on what it really means to be tough.

FACTS seem to disagree with you.

He tested POSITIVE and now told the testers to **** off.

Well, respect is something you have to earn. I respect Fury as a fighter, but as a person he´s an absolute waste of (a lot of) space. - Just make him emeritus, let him come back for those belts when he´s ready. I know depression can be a btch.

Strip this useless attention whore already, let the HW division move on

Let Fury join the ranks of the primo carneras and rahmans and other bums that somehow became champs just to dissapoint everyone afterwards

I agree jfs26.......kafkod is not a bad fella but he's oblivious to the remarks and actions that Tyson fury has created....now the ***s for example......although I'm not a Keen lover of them they do run the media and TV and through them Tyson fury was able to make millions when his fights were televised ....again openly gay people....they've done nothing untowards Tyson fury and yeah privately Tyson fury might not agree with who they are but in public he must rise above that and live and let live.....a world heavyweight champion represents the world...men, women and children look up to them for inspiration and to openly be racist or a bigot is disgusting and wrong and no matter who you are you will be cut down to size for this kind of behaviour......the positive drug test is not just made up and if you gonna refuse another test from a governing body to me that shows he's guilty as hell....ban him...he's not good for this sport and if kafkod has any issues with how he's treated he should f@ck off with him too.....boxing don't need this kind of circus
