True. What the business side of boxing calls "negotiation", the fans call "fear". If you are difficult to negotiate with and keep repeating, "They're scared!" you've suddenly spoon fed a bit of propaganda to the masses.

Guys that are scared of catching a beating usually don't choose the hurt business as a profession.

Are you just acting dumb or just uninformed.

You act like for years Haymon fighters were all over HBO. You probably don't know what happened that participated the clearing of the Haymon/HBO road block--if indeed it's really clear for top talent like Jacobs.

Either that or you are willing to act dumb in hope to make a point about GGG.

By the way, seriously before you make uninformed snarky comments, realize that Khan and Wade are the only two fighters by Haymon to go on HBO, and it was after a leadership change at HBO.

Also, know if Jacobs does go on HBO, it will be the first champion that Haymon has put on HBO since the whole thing.

Lady, know that Lara's manager has in the past also brought up the promotional issues, although they like everyone else believe that is over.

After learning about Haymon and PBC massive money problem, it's no wonder. He ain't trying to lose money in purse bids.

              As for Lara

And Lara's problem is no one cares to see him fight at all. So no one like GGG will willingly overpay him to bore the crap out of his fans.

However, Sanchez (for like the fifth time) said Lara can get with Haymon, come up with a package, and if the money is good enough then it's on. But Lara nor his team ever called.

When GGG wants to fight someone he has his team call. K2 make an offer. They try to entice that fighter to step up.

              Where is Lara offer?

I wouldn't necessarily say there's no issues there. They are still rival networks after all, and neither is going to be keen to give the other a helping hand, but it looks like they are going to be willing to work together if there will be mutual benefits. I would call it a thaw rather than an end to the 'cold war'.

First, let's not pretend that WBA made this mandatory so Jacobs has too or it looks bad.

And no one says Loeffler is difficult to deal with, actually the opposite. They didn't do anything to Eubanks, those guys waited until last minute to try to strong arm some them by threatening the show. Hearns called their bluff.

Even the whole GPB offer and k2 counter offer is just public haggling.

And for you to pretend like Jacobs, Susnders, and Canelo were wanting this fight is absurd. Even now no one is sure Jacobs won't back out like Eubanks did.

So before you GGG get all happy thinking the flood gates are opening, let's remember we've been here before and Jacobs team has already said they want ppv money, the offer they get won't be ppv money.

Fighters aren't 'scared' of each other. What they are concerned about in the main is getting paid right - especially when they are expected to lose, and more so if they're expected to lose badly as is usually the case when fighting Golovkin. If GGG brought Floyd type paydays everyone would want to fight him. Hell if HBO could just afford to pay his opponents a couple of $ mil he'd get plenty more offers. Also as the perceived level of danger he offers drops (ie he looks more vulnerable) so will the price tag required to fight him. His opponents are looking at the risk and reward just as K2 is when considering whether to pursue fights like Ward or Lara.
