Is Jacobs a "challenge" for Golovkin?

Yea I know, after all my complaining about the insane amount of Golovkin thread, I make one. But I feel this particular topic deserves some attention.

The Golovkin detractors spend all day screaming about how Golovkin is a coward who refuses to accept a real challenge, and that his fans are scared to seem him challenged. Now he's most likely fighting Jacobs, who the detractors claim had a good chance of knocking Golovkin out. But yet at the same time, they still say Golovkin is afraid of a challenge. Well if Jacobs has such a good chance of winning, how is that not a challenge? You can't have it both ways.

Side note: This goes for you too, Golovtards. You can't call Jacobs a beta cuck bum and then act like Golovkin is the greatest fighter of all time if he beats him.

Personally I don't think Jacobs is a huge threat to Golovkin. Jacobs' only chance is try and land a home run bomb early and hope Golovkin doesn't take it well.

    Poll on the way.

I think it is a challenge, even though I would expect Golovkin to stop Jacobs in the first half of the fight. I know that is a contradiction, but I think Jacobs is dangerous...yet maybe not durable enough to deal with Golovkin's power. It is definitely a fight worth having. More importantly, its exciting.

I think he's a decent fighter. I'm not particularly interested in seeing him fight Golovkin though.
I'd call it a better win than Golovkin has ever had but not a great win. If Jacobs had a really good win before this fight, then it would raise the value of this fight. Beating Mora in 2016 is not anything impressive. The Quillen win was decent. Not excited to see ggg/Jacobs but it the fight makes sense so it should happen.

Honestly if Jacobs had a decent chin I would be much more excited for this fight.

Jacobs will look good till Golovkin lands and then he'll rapidly unravel.

                Co-sign.

Jacobs wasn't supposed to beat Quillin either, but he did. However the fight was over before it was a fight.

Yes. He's got power and handspeed. But I don't think he's got the defense to protect his chin unfortunately. Still should be a lot of fun.

It's a challenge but if Jacobs can't land a bomb early and get GGG out of there, he will get Pirog'd.
