The reality is, Ward commentated the GGG vs Macklin fight, shortly after that fight HBO approached Ward for a fight vs GGG and Ward startet stuttering.. uh no, my shoulder.. while GGG said "I am ready". Ward ended up Edwin Rodriguez instead and then retired for 2 years

Boxing is such a f'ing farce. The same guy talking publicly about not being able to make 168 anymore and having difficulties making 175 right here on this site really wants the world to believe he was going to fight this guy at 168...you just said you can't make the weight bruh!! GGG wouldn't fight Ward the same way. He didn't even fight Lemiuex the same way he fought Brook so this is a pointless statement imo.
