Can someone explain to me how Pacquiao never breaks his hands?

This dude is a monster on the heavybag, other boxers do not do full blast punches on the bag with 10 oz gloves like that. He also likes punching at the lower end of the bag which is the hardest part its like concrete.

The most I ever seen him get hurt on the hand was swelling from bad wraps but his bones were not broken.

for a little guy he must have some hard ass bones

Video? I've never seen him work 10ozers on the bag but I'm curious as to the workouts you're referring to.
He looks too have a rugged structure vs someone like Mayweather who has a more frail bone structure. For whatever reason, guys with big calves tend to be big boned.

This was him when he was a featherweight, he is hitting a 100 pound bag, but he goes full blast on the bottom of the bag which hurts like a mofo, I have a similar 100 pound bag and sprained my wrist and hurt my shoulder punching the bottom as it swung forward, I noticed Pac will at times let the bag swing forward and as it swings back toward him unload a powerful straight left, I was told this is bad and could injury your arm to never hit the bag as it swings forward with a full on power shot.

He does, but he shoots up with toradol because he might potentially get injured so doesn't feel it.

Bag looks more like 70 to me and it may be gel because of the way the bottom conforms so easily. And, those Winnings are bigger than 10oz. BUT, you're right, he does slam that mfker! Wow. If he's not using knuckle guards then his fists are just drop-forged iron. I certainly can't do that without knuckle guards.

I think this is why he had that shoulder tear, if you noticed before the Floyd fight he would not go full blast that often on the back and would just lightlyt touch it but blast off on it, I saw a video of him trying to catch the heavy bag off with a right hook and his shoulder looked like it was hurting he shook it off and than just continued with straight blasts down the middle.

But his bones are solid, I hurt my wrist and shoulder trying to go full blast on a bag as it swung toward me hitting the bottom.

I have never heard of him breaking his hands in fights either which is insane, guys like Floyd and Deontay Wilder break their fists alot but you can see also Deontay especially he has some skinny ankles and legs, I think Pacs wrist is wider than Deontay ankles.

Prince Naseem Hamed is another guy who would hit the bag full blast with power shots, he also had a strong leg base he had some tree trunk legs too and hard bones I dont recall Prince breaking his hands in fights either.
