    Yes, and without regular activity and exposure against each other instead of no-hopers, these careers are being wasted. This era needs to die so many of these guys actually have careers in the long run.

      Yes. I wonder if he would have been sharper for those fights with a tune-up or two along the way. May not have, but it wouldn't have hurt. Activity keeps skills sharp.

        Very true. Yet most of them now want to fight once a year, then expect to be given instant excuse to take tuneup fights.

          is that the same for HBO fighters that have only fought 1 or 2 times this year?

            Yes, it goes for any fighter. I'm not just attacking the PBC. Activity is important.
