Canelo is easily puts together some of the best combos in boxing. His punch selection is second to none, body and head. His counter-punching is world class. Great speed, power, accuracy and timing. Upper body movement is fantastic, overall defense is solid, along with his foot work.

The only weak-point in Canelo's game is his foot speed and ability to cut off the ring. Since Mayweather, both of these aspects have improved and continue to improve. Other than that, Canelo is good at almost everything.

Canelo is easily one of the most complete fighters in the world right now.

A complete fighter is someone with speed of both hand and foot, power, chin, and a high ring IQ. Canelo fullfills many of these criterion but not all. There are other fighters ahead of him.
